Anthropologist, inipi ceremony carrier, voice liberation & deep lover of nature, plants & dance!
In my life I have had the opportunity and privilege to be born with parents that looked for a deeper connection with spirit and the earth. I have been supported on my journey to follow my own path and heart. My parents walk the path of the inipi ceremony, also known as sweat lodge and while it has taken me my own journey to own this medicine for myself I now share it with a deep joy. I pour the inipi in the Lakota tradition and feel delighted sharing this special medicine of the stones that is so dear to me with others.
I have guided workshops, ceremonies and retreats since 2018. With my work I feel I am here to bring others a deeper connection with the earth, with our bodies, our hearts and voices in a way that is full of joy, depth, connection and celebration of what it means to be alive.
